Jenna Quarles grew up in Salt Lake City, UT where she took to fitness at a very young age playing basketball, soft ball, soccer, and track. She has always had a passion for exercise and a fascination with how the body moves and develops. Jenna received her ACE Personal Training Certification in 2011 and has been training individuals since. After she received her Bachelor Degree from the University of Utah in Exercise and Sport Science, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. She was drawn to the anatomy and physiology knowledge massage therapy brought and then to the spiritual and mental challenges yoga brought to her life! Jenna strives to bring that same balance to her exercise philosophy along with a sweaty challenge!! She brings her fun-loving personality to all her teachings that include Baptiste power yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa flows, strength and resistance, agility, HIIT, TRX, and circuit training. Jenna has served almost 7 years in the U.S. Navy Reserves, which, brought her to the beautiful state of New Jersey. Although, she left behind good snowboarding and hiking in Salt Lake City, Jenna and her husband have been enjoying the lakes and trail runs Jersey has to offer. She is eager to build a lasting community in NJ and further her education to help others reach their fitness goals!
