Athlete Strength and Conditioning
For most athletes, the goal is to compete at the next level, whether that be high school varsity, college, and/or the professional level. Most athletes I have worked with certainly put the necessary time into their craft, but are they dividing that time correctly?
At Game On Sports, we are sensitive to this culture, but also encourage our athletes to dedicate time to increasing mobility, flexibility, strength, and fitness. We believe that a well-structured strength program not only gets our athletes stronger, but serves as injury prevention training as well. Our number one priority is to keep you on the field. Only then can we get stronger and better conditioned.
